Elderflower Organic Farm (Margie Loo)
Margie's objective is to make as small an ecological footprint as possible by intensifying production on as small a land base as possible and by working with nature rather than against it. Obviously she decided to go far beyond houseplants after all and is making a big difference in her little corner of the world.
Hardy's Organic Products
The Hardys are one of Prince Edward Island's first families of organic growing and they are now PEI's first family of tofu. Hardy's Organic Products was established in October 2002 when the family purchased the tofu manufacturing company, Maritime Soycraft.
Ogle Farm
Karen and Gary Ogle have been growing organically since 1980, and have been certified organic since 1991. Along with their sons, Liam and Nigel, they operate a small market garden, growing a variety of vegetables and fruit.
