Melissa Mullen, Secretary Melissa Mullen and her husband Rob MacLean own Hallaig Farm in Lewes, P.E.I. They produce blueberries and maple syrup. The MacLean family farm was settled in the 1860s and is a mixture of fields, pasture and acadian forest, which is certified with the Forest Stewardship Council. |

Mark Bernard, President Mark Bernard along with his wife Sally farms in Freetown, at their Barnyard Organics farm near Kensington. They have 120 acres certified organic and more land in transition. Their main focus is growing organic feed grains however they are expanding into market gardening and sheep production. Mark is an honours graduate from the Nova Scotia Agriculture College. |

Arthur Davies, Vice-President Arthur along with his wife Tina operate Emmerdale Eden Farm, a 68 acre operation in Linkletter, near Summerside. They raise heritage varieties of livestock, poultry and produce. They sell a variety of vegetables, meat and eggs year round at the farm gate, various restaurants as well as the Summerside Farmer’s Market. |

Joyce Kelly, Treasurer Joyce and her husband Mike farm in Pisquid, near Mt Stewart, P.E.I. They grow mixed vegetables and small fruit. They are active members of the Charlottetown Farmer's Market and share their Island Sunshine booth with brother Raymond and sister Margie. |

Derek Campbell Derek and Jen Campbell operate their farm in the picturesque hills of Brookvale, 20 kilometers west of Charlottetown. They are growing a wide variety of vegetables, herbs and fruits along with free range chickens, turkeys and pigs. At the present time they are in transition to organic production and therefore are learning much about working with the land in a healthy way. |

John MacLauchlin John and his wife Shauna farm 50 acres of land in Cherry Valley, near Mt Stewart. The focus of his production is a variety of organic grains including soybean, fall rye and buckwheat as well as hay. John has been farming organically for 12 years. |

Gary Hughes Gary and his wife Kelly are in transition to organic dairy production as well growing certified organic fruits and vegetables for sale at the Victoria and Charlottetown Farmers' market. |
